Purchase of electronic licenses
Buying electronic licenses is even easier than buying any goods on the Internet:
- the purchase takes place as standard in any other online store, but since the software is intangible and the licenses are electronic, their delivery method is all the simpler, i.e. electronically to your e-mail address entered during the order
License delivery
- together with the product key for electronic licenses (usually a set of characters and numbers separated by a dash), we will also deliver the installation link to the purchased software. It goes directly to the website of the software manufacturer, i.e. original installation. You will also receive an invoice, which is also proof of the acquisition of rights to the purchased license and entitles you to its possession even in the case of a software audit.
- the delivery of the license is within 12 hours (but usually within 2 hours) from the crediting of the paid amount to our account, in electronic form to the customer’s e-mail, together with instructions on the installation and activation of the purchased software,
- for customers who are interested in physical delivery of the license and invoice, as well as for customers who prefer payment by cash on delivery, it is possible to deliver the license by Slovak Post, together with instructions on installing and activating the software, for a pre-determined additional payment. Delivery is to the address you specified during the order process. In this case, payment by cash on delivery is possible,
- software installation takes place again online, i.e. without delivery of physical media. However, we will be happy to help you with its creation, the installation medium isnecessary only in case of installation of the Windows operating system, for other products the installation takes place online
License payment
- by bank transfer to the account
- by payment card (CardPay)
- payment via TatraPay
- cash on delivery at the post office
The fastest way to obtain a license is payment via a payment card (without limitation in which bank the card was issued), or payment via TatraPay (only clients of Tatrabanka a.s.) within 12 hours of placing the order with successful payment.
As a standard form of payment by transfer to our bank account held at Tatrabanka a.s., together with the indication of the variable symbol – order number, to the account number SK05 1100 0000 0029 4204 7274 with the delivery of the license within 12 hours after the funds are credited to the specified account.
When delivering a license with physical delivery, payment is also possible via cash on delivery at the post office.
Complaints and return of goods
Complaints, or any malfunction of the license, should be sent to the contact e-mail info@softverovo.com, or directly by replying to the delivered license, together with a description of the problem, the number of the error message and the print screen. Returning the key without giving a reason is not possible, as it is an exception to the law, similar to books, movies, etc. The warranty period is in accordance with the Civil Code, § 620, paragraph (2), i.e. 12 months from purchase, considering that these are secondary licenses.
