How do you pay with us?
If you decide to pay for the selected license with your card, after completing the order, you will be redirected to our processing bank (Tatra banka, a.s.), which will ask you to enter your card data: payment card number, card expiration date, and CVV2/CVC2 – last the three-digit number preprinted on the signature strip of your card.
You enter this information directly into the bank’s payment page, which ensures an indecipherable encrypted data transfer and sends us only the result of the authorization and thus instructs us to complete the order. This eliminates the possibility of misuse of your card by the entity from which you buy the goods athe free transfer of unprotected data on a public computer network.
If the bank does not confirm the authorization of your card, it may be for the following reasons:
- the payment card information was not filled in correctly
- you do not have enough funds in your account, or you have already exhausted the limit for Internet transactions
- the payment card is not allowed to be used for transactions on the Internet, it is necessary to contact your bank directly
- delivery of the confirmation SMS message fails (incorrectly entered phone number in your bank/ SMS gateway error…)
What if the payment does not go through correctly?
In that case, write to us about this fact via the contact form and then repeat the ordering process by entering a new order. Your original order will be cancelled.
